Full Service Catering Pricing

FULL-SERVICE CATERING STAFFING

  • All full-service catering staff are charged starting at $35.00 per hour (depending on venue requirements this may increase to as much as $50.00 per hour).
  • Includes bussing, bartending, and cleaning after event. All staff is required to be on site at a minimum of (7) hours, not including travel time to venue. Additional time will be added on in the event your venue is more than 30 minutes away from East Market Street, Charlottesville, VA.
  • Bartenders supply their own bottle openers and equipment needed to serve beverages.
  • Should you offer a full bar, additional charges may apply due to the additional preparation needed by BRPC staff.
  • If you would like for our staff to do ceremony set-up, an additional $250 fee will apply (accommodates up to 150 guests)
  • If you would like our staff to tear-down ceremony set-up, an additional $250 fee will apply (accommodates up to 150 guests)

BEVERAGE PACKAGES

We are now offering two different pricing packages!

Standard Non-Alcoholic:

  • Water, Tea (sweetened and unsweetened), Lemonade; includes dispensers, ice, cups – $5/person **Additional fees apply if potable water is not available

Deluxe Non-Alcoholic:

  • Water, Tea (unsweetened or sweetened), Lemonade, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite; includes a metal bin with ice to store beverages, dispensers, cups – $8/person **Additional fees to apply if potable water is not available

Bar Packages:

  • Wine, Beer, Specialty Cocktail – $35/hr
  • Full Open Bar – $50/hr

Notes:

  • We do not provide an ABC license. If you would like to have alcohol at your event please make sure you get a specialty banquet license from the ABC website. Additionally, you will need to purchase your own alcohol for our bartenders to serve.
  • We provide coolers for ice that is to be consumed. We do NOT provide additional coolers for beverages to be iced down. These must be rented. at $300 – includes ice + coolers.

CAKE CUTTING

Cake cutting is $2/person. This includes: cake plates, utensils, napkins. In the event you choose to supply your own plates, utensils, and napkins, there is a flat fee of $150 for any cake 2 tiers and up.


TRASH CAN RENTALS AND REMOVAL

Trash cans cost $10/can and trash removal ranges from $300-$500 (depending on guest count). Please know that the cans must be rented, we do not bring additional cans on-site unless they are part of your proposal. In the event you choose to not use us for trash removal, please make sure that you rent enough trash cans and purchase liners. We will not supply these for your event.
